and shoot type of thing exactly so how did you just go and say that it was me if it was more than one car driving on the road but you're going to have to get through your suspended driver's license here in virtual with the state of the ge orgia your driver's license is suspended state of georgia is going to be your driver's license you shouldn't be behind a wheel of the car what does this show that i was going 51 miles such a reason i just showed it to you now you close in the door because i'm just i had to pee i'm sorry i showed up because all i heard was yelling you can't you can't be doing this type stuff jurisdiction over me i'm from an island so then we you can slightly understand no because you're wearing a suit we don't i can't so what if i'm wearing a suit yeah this suit don't define me this is a job at the end of the day go home i'm chelsea yeah i bet yo yeah this is the last time y'all put your hands on me bro last time i even want to tell you when y'all go yo yo last time i'll let y'all put your hands on me bro this is the last time so yes it's a felony charge for fleeing and eluding listen my license s irens are on you could have pulled over i would have probably just given you a warning for speeding told you to slow down like i did the three other cars i stopped before you between four and five o' clock so instead you continue to drive when i had you stop over here that probably would have been a ticket at the very least i was scared he was banging on the window i didn't know because you didn't stop okay so common sense must allude you to the fact that when you have somebody behind you need to stop all right so now you're going to jail fleeing and eluding and resisting without okay you have two citations in here without violence yes resisting without violence uh the sergeant is requesting two counts of that i'm probably only gonna do the one yeah the sergeant so uh well because you slipped your cuffs you took your hands out of your cuffs and if you kept your hands back there you would have to two counts because i was trying to explain potentially i'm still thinking about it but i'm probably not i'm probably gonna do you a little bit of a solid since you're not doing anything for yourself so you're also being issued two citations one for speeding 256 one for 166 for driving on suspended driver's license without knowledge i'm giving you the benefit of the doubt there and not issuing you a citation for driving on a spending license with knowledge and um putting another charge on that too so you have any questions anything before we we transport you i just want you to understand everything your license is going with me uh i don't know that's up to the gym they have all that box schedule and stuff last time the lady was i guess you're in a whole whole different world now. Yeah, one felony charge, potentially two other misdemeanor charges. Step out of the car. Okay.
