The image is a tweet by a user named Deniz Dülgeroğlu. The tweet contains a statement about humor and the socioeconomic backgrounds of people. The joke, in Turkish, is: **"Farkındaysanız zenginler genelde iyi şaka yapamıyor çünkü mizah insanın fakirliğini unutmaya çalışırken geliştirdiği bir şey."** This translates to: "If you notice, rich people generally can't tell good jokes because humor is something a person develops while trying to forget their poverty." The humor lies in the implied contrast between the supposed lack of humor in the wealthy and the development of humor in the less wealthy as a way of coping with their circumstances. It's a somewhat cynical observation about how social class might influence humor. The joke suggests that people who have less material wealth might have more opportunities to develop certain types of humor (often through observational comedy) to deal with the difficulties of life.
