The man on the far left is looking at something that the other three men are also looking at. To understand the joke, you have to imagine that the man on the far right is observing the other three men and thinks that they are all paying attention to something. He's trying to look at the same thing but the other three men are staring at him. This joke can be expressed in Turkish as "What are you looking at, what's it to you!"
