Okay, so I parked here and I just gotta say whoever spray painted this and then spray painted it here so I couldn't pay. Like, fine, all those things. But like, this is where they can tell if you're paid or not So this is how they drive by and they're like, oh, it's flashing green because I paid for it. But like, now they can still tell. They'll still give me a ticket if I park here. Like, you didn't help. This wasn't helpful. This wasn't helpful at all.
