The photo shows a sign welcoming people to "SARIKAYA KÖYÜ" (SARIKAYA VILLAGE), which is decorated with a Turkish flag. There is also a sign that says "Yığıltılar Diyarı" (Land of Piles), which is a humorous reference to the potential for garbage piles to accumulate in a village. The joke lies in the juxtaposition of these two signs, implying that the village might be known for its piles of trash despite being a beautiful and welcoming place.
The joke works because it plays on the stereotype of rural areas sometimes having a bit more trash than urban areas. It's a lighthearted and self-deprecating way of acknowledging that even in a beautiful village, there might be some clutter.
