The photo shows a family gathered in their home. There is a big family member and three children. The big family member is giving advice to the children: "Look children, when you came to this world, your hands were empty, and when you leave, your hands will be empty too. The money that makes you rich, will be insignificant for you. You will only leave this world by doing good deeds and keeping your hearts clean". The joke related to this situation could be that the big family member points at a toy in one of the children's hands and says: "This is also one of those insignificant things."
