The photo contains a text message, likely a social media post or a similar communication, expressing a very urgent need. It describes a situation where two elderly women are trapped in a car for six days after an earthquake or disaster.
The joke, or rather the ironic element, in Turkish, lies in the use of the phrase "ÇOK ÇOK ACİLLL !!!" (VERY VERY URGENT!!!). While the situation is truly critical, the use of such an exaggerated expression is somewhat comical, almost in a sarcastic tone. It emphasizes the desperation of the situation in a slightly humorous manner. The readers are aware of the urgency but also the potential for dramatic hyperbole in social media posts, which is the underlying humorous element.
The text highlights the urgency of the situation (the women's condition, their being trapped for 6 days), and also the lack of response and help from local authorities (belediye, kaymakamlık, başhekimlik, afad) that should be involved in such emergencies. It is more likely a plea than a joke; however, the strong emotional impact in social media often leads to such hyperbole.
