The image is a series of tweets on a social media platform, likely Twitter.
The first tweet, by Özgür Demirtaş, congratulates the Central Bank of Turkey (ÇEKYA) on a decision. The implication is that the decision was a positive one, potentially related to economic policy.
The subsequent tweets, by different users, are critical of the economic minister (bakanı). They sarcastically praise the minister for bringing in dollars, but imply that it doesn't benefit the country, and the minister isn't doing a good job in economic management. The phrase "Çekyayı kutluyor" (praising Çekya) is used ironically.
**The joke, in Turkish:**
The humor lies in the irony and sarcasm. The users are mocking the economic minister, suggesting that despite possibly bringing in dollars (which might seem positive in the short term), the minister's actions are not beneficial to the country's economy overall. They are poking fun at the minister's competence and the perceived negative impact of the economic policy decisions. The phrase "dolar almış başını gidiyor" highlights a potentially troubling, even disastrous trend (the economy is leaving the country) and thus undermines the minister's perceived successes. The use of the term "Çekyayı kutluyor" is the key to the sarcasm, implying that the minister is praising ÇEKYA (and implicitly, its decisions), while ignoring or making light of the broader economic problems.
In short, it's a criticism of the economic policies and a humorous way to express the sentiment.
