The image is a tweet from Euronews Türkçe, reporting on a bizarre and highly improbable medical incident. The tweet shows an X-ray image of a chest, and the accompanying text says a young person in Switzerland tore their lung while masturbating.
The joke, or rather, the absurdity, lies in the **highly implausible connection** between the act of masturbation and lung rupture. There's no known medical condition or mechanism by which this would happen. The tweet is clearly a sensationalized headline intended to grab attention and likely meant to be satirical. It's not meant to be taken literally. The point is to highlight how such a claim, seemingly outlandish, can still be reported on as news.
