Spinning Caves Rough Water Training Video. Seth's going to come in. She goes to make the exit, and then it gets rough. Thousands of gallons pour off the wall on top of her head, pushing her down. Foam has a negative buoyancy, so it's hard to swim. So she tries to approach again, and she gets blasted by the cave. At this point, she realizes she can't get back to the wall, so she does what she was trained to do. She goes to the blue, where you have buoyancy. She then approaches the wall, so she's not swimming up against that current in the flush coming out of the cave. Breathes for a minute, gets comfortable, rethinks the plan, waits after the spit, and then she's going to swim back across. Not as foamy, starting to calm down in between the sets. She approaches the exit spot again. A little bit of water still coming down. If you have to, you do it all over again, multiple times. She finds a spot, comes up, and she's safely out of the water.
