This guy concreted his entire backyard. This is something I have never seen in all my years of concrete work. He called me out there to give him an estimate on some drainage because he's flooding the neighbor's entire backyard left and right side. He asked me if I think he could get sued from this. I don't know. What do you guys think? He told me that he paid around $40,000 for the concrete work, which in my opinion, honestly, isn't that bad for all the concrete that was poured. I don't know. You guys tell me in the comments, do you think this was worth $40,000? Would you have your entire backyard concrete? Me personally, I like nature and I do like a modern look, but I do think this is a little bit overdoing it. I mean, there's not a spot except the left and right side that even has even a little bit of grass. My least favorite part is that hill right there because I think that if they would have just leveled it out and done a retaining wall around the entire place and then had all the concrete level, it would look much better.
