If there's only one type of cow, how are there so many types of cheese? Or are there just many types of cows? And if so, how does a cheddar cow look and where can I buy cheddar milk? I feel like there are so many things that science has yet to discover, and we as a nation need to invest in finding these truths. I mean, why are scientists so busy trying to find the cure for global warming when we still don't even know what's going on with cheese?
