We're gonna go ahead and take a $100 steak and put it into $50 in ketchup, submerge it into its ketchup-y grave. Go ahead and throw it on the lid. And we're gonna put it into a 250-degree oven. 45 minutes in the oven. Look at that, you guys. Oh, you can smell this right now. So we're gonna go ahead and go fishing. There it is. It's at a perfect 120 degrees. We're gonna go ahead and put it over here. Set that down. We're gonna let that rest. We're gonna let that cook for about a minute, two minutes on this side. There's so much fat in this, you do not need to put oil in. Okay, it's been two minutes. And look at all that fat that's oozing out. That means it's good. We're gonna flip it over. Don't worry about that black stuff. That's just the nice little char. So we're gonna cook it for another two minutes on this side , and we'll be ready to eat. Okay, it's ready to rock and roll. We're gonna put it on our plate. Time to cut into this. Cuts like butter. Cooked perfectly. Oh, my gosh. This is one of my favorite ways to make steak. Get this recipe shot, I know you're gonna love it. Money is never tasting so good.
