The photo shows a small, light brown puppy lying on the ground. It appears to be passed out or drunk, with a cigarette in its mouth and a bottle of Efes beer next to it. The joke, in Turkish, is in the tweet's text: "ilk defa ailesinin yanından ayrılıp eve çıkan öğrenci(2.ay)" This translates to: "A student who left their family for the first time and came home (2nd month)." The humor comes from the juxtaposition of the puppy's apparent drunken state with the phrase about a student leaving home. It's a satirical and humorous way of associating the puppy's situation with a stereotypical first-time college student experience that involves, well, alcohol and possibly some inappropriate behavior. The implication is that the student has started their new life and is already drinking and misbehaving. The puppy serves as a funny, exaggerated image of a struggling, potentially immature young person.
