The image is a meme featuring two green Muppet frog characters, likely Kermit and a similar character. One is wearing a dark cloak, giving it a serious and ominous look. The text says "DON'T SHIP THE ORG CHART. DON'T SHIP THE ORG CHART." on the left-hand character, and "SHIP IT." on the right-hand, cloaked character. The joke plays on the concept of "shipping," a fan activity involving romantic pairing of fictional characters in media. In this context, "org chart" refers to an organizational chart, a hierarchical diagram of a company or institution. The meme suggests that one should not pair people who are part of an organizational structure in a romantic or suggestive way. The cloak-wearing character, with a stern message, is essentially saying, "Don't ship these people – they are just colleagues/subordinates/superiors in a company hierarchy! It's not romantic."
