found this on tiktok the other day i've been cooking this stuff all the wrong way so this is the new way pour this pasta in your pan and add water right until it covers the pasta about like that so it's barely covering the pasta you dump the two packs or the the cheese sauce dump it straight in there with the water with the pasta and then you stir it up a little bit of butter just put one little cube for each pack and then go ahead and add whatever seasonings you want i'm just gonna do a black pepper got it all incorporated now we're just gonna let it cook and i've got it on high until it comes to like a rolling boil and then we'll turn it down and let it finish simmering now that it's rolling we'll turn it down finish letting it simmer and don't put the lid on it because you need the um extra water to cook out of it so after it's cooked down and most of the uh the water is cooked off and your noodles you've tasted your noodles to make sure they're done enough you can add either sweet milk i'm gonna use heavy cream stirred all the whipping cream in it and now you have this consistency so what i'm gonna do is just like sit here and thicken up and kind of cool down a little bit before i serve it no straining like you don't even have to strain the noodles or anything it was just one skillet and it's so much easier and it tastes better because the pasta actually cooks in with the cheese sauce so it's absorbing that as the water versus just like plain water and then adding cheese sauce to it one last step i'm gonna add um my girls love it creamier a little cheesier so i have been using this i love it this is one of the best shredded cheeses i've
