İngilizce çevirisi: The image is a parody of Michelangelo's famous painting "The Creation of Adam". This parody focuses on the creation of a dog, with a hand offering a piece of bread to the dog. The joke stems from the fact that a famous artwork depicting the creation of humans is adapted to depict the creation of a dog, and the dog is being offered food by a hand. This suggests that the creation of the dog is not as significant as the creation of humans, and that the dog is only interested in food.
