The image is a Twitter post with a profile picture of a male stick figure. It reads "31in_50tonu @31in_50tonu" and "Turkcell 4 çekermiş biz yıllardır 31 çekiyoruz reklam ettik mi kendimizi". The joke is a play on words in Turkish. "4 çekermiş" refers to the phrase "dört çeker" which translates to "four-wheel drive" in English, usually used for SUVs. "31 çekiyoruz" translates to "we are pulling 31" but also has a double meaning because "31" is the phone number prefix for Turkcell, a major Turkish mobile phone company. So, the joke is that the user is saying that they've been pulling the 31 (Turkcell) for years, implying they've been using the mobile phone service for a long time and are now making a humorous point about Turkcell's advertising strategy.
