Chicken leg right into our chocolate powder. Thick piece of bacon. Wrap that up. There is nothing you can't put on chicken. Mixed herbs. Cumin on there. Tomato paste. Some garlic. Red chilies. We've got some grapes or sultanas. Pouring our chocolate marinade. Look at that. Paint the town red, they said. You sure those are going to get crispy under there? Oh, yeah. Let's get this chicken mole into the oven. You mean mole-way. Uh, yeah. Same thing. The whole house smells like hot chocolate. We've got to get this out of here. That is sizzling. Wow. I think this is like one of the most unique dishes we've made. Let's just pull one of these out. Oh, that smells so good. Perfectly juicy onions. You want to get this amazing marinade. Cutting right through that bacon. Just falls right off the bone. It's perfectly cooked. Cheers. Mmm. Wow. Chocolatey, chickeny. Who's not going to love that? I'm here for it.
