A Black man went to the hospital after a car
accident, complaining of a headache and
fearing a concussion. But instead of getting
medical help, the nurse mocked him, calling
him "Drunky McDrunk Pants" and insisting he
was intoxicated, despite his repeated denials.
She was rude, dismissive, and called the police,
who accused him of being "belligerent." He
eventually took a breathalyzer just to end the
harassment and passed. Now he's preparing to
sue the hospital for their misconduct.
