The photo is of a female Turkish soldier. She is smiling at the camera and wearing a military uniform. The tweet is a joke about her beauty. It suggests that she is so beautiful that people wouldn't even talk about girls on a reality TV show. The joke is based on the assumption that people would be too distracted by the soldier's beauty to focus on anything else. The tweet reads: "Bu ülke de bir stil programındaki kızlar kadar konuşulmayacaksın belki ama Allah senden razı olsun Songül komutan. Bu millet sana minnettar." This roughly translates to: "Maybe you won't be talked about as much as the girls on a reality TV show, but God bless you, Commander Songül. This nation is grateful to you." The humor comes from the unexpected juxtaposition of the soldier's role and the reference to a beauty competition. The joke also plays on the admiration and respect typically given to soldiers.
